Cotton Yug is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges that may apply.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within India:

  • Deliveries within India are free of charge

  • Taxes are included in the prices mentioned

  • Additional charges for Cash On Delivery may apply

  • Orders are dispatched within 24hrs

  • Additional charges for Express Shipping may apply

  • Confirmation emails & tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cotton Yug we allow hassle free returns and exchanges for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days of purchase.

In the rare case that the product we ship is defective, we would cover your return shipping costs, otherwise these will be adjusted in the amount refunded.

Your return will be accepted if:

  • The issue is brought to our notice within 15 days of receipt of the package

  • The item is unopened, unused & unworn

  • The item still has original packaging attached

To return your package simply:

  • Send us an email to contact@cottonyug.com  with your name, order number & contact details

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we cover the cost of return shipping; otherwise this is borne by the customer

  • Return pickup charges will be notified before arranging the return

  • A quick quality check is done once we receive the returned goods and your refunded is processed (within 2days of receiving the goods)

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The issue is raised after 15 days of receiving your order

  • The item has been used, worn or washed

  • The item has been altered or damaged after being received

  • Original packaging is missing
